We ship directly from our artisans in Bali and Vietnam to USA, Australia, Canada, and UK.

Selected pieces are in stock at our US warehouse and usually arrive within 5–7 business days for US orders. All others are carved on demand by our artisans in Bali and Vietnam: about 2–4 weeks for carving, treating and drying, plus under a week for shipping. Have a deadline? Reach out right after ordering and we'll do our best to help.

We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and France. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location (see more details here).

Pieces shipped from our US warehouse to US addresses come with no duties. Pieces shipped from Bali or Vietnam may be subject to taxes or duties depending on your country. If so, our carrier collects them before delivery, simple and hassle-free.

Absolutely! If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order, we also offer a 30-day hassle-free return - but trust us, you'll love your new sculpture.

Our sculptures are handcrafted using high-quality wood sourced from sustainable forests. Highly skilled artisans, with their profound craftsmanship, intricately carve and paint each sculpture, ensuring a truly unique piece of art.

Our wooden wall hangings feature a sturdy metal keyhole bracket on the back, making installation quick and easy. Simply mount a screw or nail on your wall and slide the piece into place for a secure fit.

While these carved wood sculptures are designed for indoor display, they can be displayed outdoors only when adequately protected from direct sunlight and rain. Prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions can accelerate wear, so for lasting beauty, we recommend placing them in locations shielded from severe weather.
