I really wasn’t sure that I would ever get the ordered artwork. An issue with UPS was holding up the shipping. When I contacted Noro they jumped in to rectify the problem. It was a form that needed to be filed. Once that happened the tracking was available. Within a few days my order was delivered. It was packed well, but a tiny piece was broken which my husband fixed. The set of birds are beautiful. We can’t wait to hang them by our entrance. Thanks to great customer service for helping with this order. Cheers.
I ordered the custom surfboard art, with a carved octopus in the center. The surfboard is beautiful and looks amazing on our wall. Ana, from the Noro Arts customer service team was super responsive on helping me resolve a customs issues as well with importing into the United States! The Noro hand-carved teak pieces are exquisite. We have two nautical themed pieces in our home. Their craftmanship is stunning, the teak grain is warm and beautiful. Not only are their artisans first rate but so is their customer service team. I had the great pleasure of working with them twice and they went out of their way to make sure I was 100%+ satisfied with my purchases. I will definitely purchase from them again and have my eye on another beautiful carving for a future purchase.

Beautiful!! I bought the large teak octopus. It’s gorgeous! It looks just like the pictures. I have it hanging in my living room. It has two keyholes on the back for easy and secure hanging. Hangs flat to the wall, which makes it look nicer. I have another teak carving from elsewhere that had hooks on the back which makes it stick out from the wall on the top. The details on this one are smoother too and more refined. The color is beautiful. I just love it!! Thank you!!

I was concerned with overseas shipping and Ana worked with the artist and myself to facilitate it smoothly. She was quick to respond, very kind, and very accurate. The piece is gorgeous (light wood octopus) and exactly what we wanted and it arrived earler than the deadline that I needed. Overseas shipping only took one week to my surprise. I ordered the beautiful Octopus and it arrived broken due to the long shipping distance. Noro Arts quickly took care of replacing it and the communication was commendable. The piece is beautifully carved and the wood grain is striking. Definitely a quality item worth the wait!
I ordered the crocodile sculpture and it was everything I wanted it to be. I noticed that the sculpture had a damp feel before I hung it on the wall, so I laid it flat to dry out a little. Sadly, over a short while the sculpture started to split. I didn't want to create a fuss, but as this wasn't a cheap outlay, I contacted Noro to see what they could do. I am pleased to say that they agreed to replace the item, there and then. All I needed to do was send some photos through. These sculptures are a work of art and with any natural material, there can be defects, but Ana and the team at Noro Arts went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I will be forever grateful when I look on my wall. Heartfelt thanks to an awesome company with incredible artists.
Tremendous sculpture. Even more impressive in person than in the photos. So glad that I was able to get one before they were discontinued. It looks great on a table in my home office/ spare bedroom.
